ACOEM’s 320-plus employees work with decision-makers in industry, environmental, and defence sectors throughout the world.
Several mergers had resulted in multiple accounting and operation software systems within the company. ACOEM sought to roll out shared internal procedures supported by a single integrated business software system. The software needed to be able to manage its production and accounting requirements, and also be capable of tracking the business as a whole while still supporting the individual needs of each of ACOEM’s business units.
The company reviewed multiple solutions, ultimately selecting Enterprise Management for its broad financial capabilities as well as its project and job costing functionality.
Billing has been automated for the company’s more than 700 annual maintenance contracts. The Enterprise Management Project and Job Costing module captures all associated costs and enables the company to produce profit and loss statements by project. Data visibility and accessibility empowers account managers to get the data they need, without going through accounting. The CRM module streamlines the scheduling of maintenance visits, leading to faster response times.
